Returns Policy

CreateART prides itself on supplying high quality artist canvas and related art supplies.  As a measure of quality control, we inspect all products on despatch.  In the unlikely event of damaged or faulty goods, this Returns Policy will apply.

If your order arrives with obvious damage to the packaging, this may indicate damage to your goods in transit. Please ensure you note this in writing when signing for the delivery. If you find the products are damaged or faulty we ask that you contact us immediately and provide a photograph of the damaged goods and packaging for assessment – email to admin@createart.com.au

Please choose items carefully as we do not refund for incorrect choice or change of mind.  A credit or exchange may be arranged on a case by case basis, so long as the goods are:

  • In saleable condition.

  • Unused with original packaging.

  • The credit or exchange is sought within 14 days of the original despatch date.

  • Satisfactory proof of purchase must be provided.

If your item is faulty, you may have rights to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.  This Policy does not affect your rights.  Please contact us if you believe your item is faulty as we will assess each claim individually and work with you to remedy the situation, either by repair of the goods, replacement or refund.

Customised product orders may be cancelled if production has not yet commenced, and a credit note will be issued to be used towards future orders. Once production has commenced, all custom orders are final and non-refundable.
